Far and away the most unprofessional Realtor I've had the misfortune to deal with. He did not return calls to us or to our staging agency. He refused to do an open house, never notified us if there was a showing, and when we found out that there was a showing (one time because our handy man happened to be on the premises) we had to hunt him down and all but beg for feedback. He doesn't want to work - he is lazy, and once he has your listing will do absolutely nothing to sell the property. Find a different agent!
