Listed home based on four year old information which resulted in a longer listing time as price was too high. He works in two cities, four hours apart so he's often unavailable. Changed our closing date, twice, without asking us. Huge hassle changing movers etc... Wouldn't return emails or phone calls regarding possible sale, pricing questions and commission. Stay away.
