Lisa is a very nice person, but she is more reactive than proactive. If you choose her as your realtor, you'll likely end up doing most of the work of finding a home yourself. She literally shows up to the address you request her to open, stands there, completes an offer letter, and then waits for the home to close. Again, she is nice, but needs to be more proactive and aggressive in her approach for her clients.
