Allan is a bully and extremely rude and condescending. He gave me a 20 minute lecture on his "expertise" and spoke to me as though I was a child. He even attempted to "educate" me on the home I currently owned, as though I didn't know its history when I bought it! He and Melissa (wife and lead agent) both talk a lot, but say nothing of value. If you listen closely, you will realize all of their talk is a (poor) attempt to cover up their complete incompetence. Sure, you save a couple thousand on commission, but you lose tens of thousands on your sale price, due to their lack of negotiating skills. If you want to sell your home quickly and get top dollar for it STAY AWAY from Allan, Melissa, and Rhino Realty!
