Horrible !!!!! -Does nothing he promises -said had buyer in wing...not -Only puts ad on MLS -No open houses as promised -Left town in week 2 on some emergency (only signed for 3 weeks) (And his assistant left as well) -VERY bad at communicating ... my messages were ignored -got volatile and abusive if we questioned things *personal attacks on me ... told me "I'm pathetic because my mommy helps me with my house sale and finances" "I'm a pain in the ---" Etc. -stole my buyer in my private sale by misrepresenting himself and disguising buyer in the offer Etc etc etc etc. I fought this and won but it took 3 weeks and lots money and stress The WORSE part us that I am single/disabled and vulnerable He knew this and took FULL advantage of it
