There was a lake house that I really wanted. I asked Terry how much I should bid on the house. She suggested an amount that was a little above asking price. I didn't want to lose the bid, but I didn't want to over pay. Terry said to stay with her original suggestion because that is a fair price. At this point she could of asked me to increase the bid, but she didn't. Remember the real estate agent is only going to get her commission if I win the bid. Since she did not ask me to increase my bid, it is obvious she is really trying to get me the best price possible. Yes, I won the bid and I am very happy of the price.
