Think twice about signing with Lisa Gould and Company. Lisa displayed questionable ethics: -Repeatedly called my Title agent and my listing agent with complaints about our terms as seller (intimidation). We basically didn't get to negotiate with the buyer. -Apparently, she refused to present to her clients our counter to their sales offer. We were never given a response other than that she considered our one counter offer basically foolishness, yet their low ball offer after dropping our price nearly $100,000 was not?. -Refused to speak with each owner to answer questions and concerns and was extremely rude in voicing this demand. My recommendation to you is, be wary. My recommendation to her is, stick to commercial real estate as she hasn't yet learned in 25 years of working in this industry the art of negotiation or a basic understanding that residential sales is an emotional process and there are ways to bring both parties to an equitable resolution without employing bullying tactics.
