I have been trying to locate a rental for a few weeks using MLS and Kijiji. Of all the agents I contacted for information on listings, not one offered to assist me beyond my question until Melissa. I explained a previous bad experience - how I had found the rental I wanted, but was struggling in dealing with the agent. She stepped in straight away, gave me great advice and amazing service. She offered to deal with everything so I didn't have to. She responded to all my emails thoroughly, professionally and extremely quickly. She treated me as if I am as valuable as any of her other clients, even though I am only looking for a rental. She seems to understand that it is the little things that make big things happen. I can't say enough how positive my experience with Melissa has been and would (and already have) highly recommend her to anyone.
