This gal is incredible! She started a flat fee listing site in 2010 but we knew shawna for years before that. She helped us buy and sell even after she had the flat fee site because we were her previous clients. It was really nice because she went out of her way to help us even though she wasn't taking on any more full service clients. Shawna is incredibly organized to the point that she sent offers to us instantly. She is a blackberry addict and always forwards everything from the opposing realtor to you instantly which I really appreciated. She was also on time and never let her responsibilities of being a mother keep her form showing our home any time of day when we were selling. I actually saw her in safeway last year and she was so sweet she even remember our childrens names. I would recommend Shawna in a heartbeat is she was still offering realtor services.
