Did not list my property on MLS for 8 days, did not forward my documents to my lawyer for almost a week after the sale was finalized and acted like it was my fault because he claimed he did not know that the email I sent him, which was entitled "Lawyer Information", contained the information of the lawyer I was using, yet did not call me to find out where to send my documents, only showed me one property when I was trying to buy and wouldn't show me others because whenever I called him with a listing I wanted to see he either did not call me back or if I happened to get him on the phone, he'd tell me that I couldn't see them because "I would need to make an appointment to see them because they're occupied". He never made appointments. I ended up getting a different realtor to buy with because this realtor did not help me out at all.
