I used Kelly Dann and Craig Pilgrim (not sure where "Andrea" got her spelling from) and I can tell you they are an exceptional team. Their website is top notch. Their knowledge of the local market and their relationships with other realtors is beyond amazing. I can't imagine every using anyone other than this team.
