I have been with Dan since 2013, We have used him for Residential and Commercial properties, you probably think most realtors do their job, maybe that true or not, in my case, we are talking about major commercial decisions and things that can effect you in the future if you do it with someone new to the field. Dan goes out of his way to get things done, this could sometime even mean after hours. His completion dates are spot on and if there is any hiccups on the road I don't have to deal with it. This is the kind of trust I have built with him. Strongly recommended if you don't want to deal with the headaches. Also most purchases are SUPER Slow, not with Dan lol, he will make it go super fast if you are ready ;)
