It was a nightmare!!! this brokerage is unprofessional and they're all a bunch of thieves. They were convincing me to sell to a specific costumer of their's for 100000$ less than my home's market value. After 10 months of my home being listed on the marker, I wanted to terminate the contract and they didn't respond to emails (or calls or tests ...) until I informed them that I will call the cops. They even forged my signature on a selling agreement that I have never seen before with a higher commission. They attract people by telling them that they'll post their houses for 999$ but the reality is that they convince the seller to list their homes for low price and when a deal is made with higher price, they take all the difference and that's how they make their money! don't trust them and don't entrust them with selling your family home because they are all corrupt. Flee if you can!
