In 2015 we approached Rinehart Reality in a rather difficult predicament with another local real estate company. Stacey was able to help us out and lead us to some legal advice. She was a great listening ear throughout these issues. We signed on with Rinehart and listed our house for sale and began to search for a new house to call our own. When we disclosed that the house we had our eyes on was no longer on the market they approached the homeowner to potentially discuss selling it- and sure enough with some persistence and sweet talking from Joe & Stacey we bought it! The system that Joe and Stacey use for booking viewings was easy to use and allowed me to decide when my home was available to be viewed by potential buyers. I appreciated the emails and notifications of new properties before they hit the public sites. Communication was fast and efficient. Price for their services was perfect! Their recommendations for Lawyer and home inspector made the process that much easier. All in all we were impressed with the services we received and appreciated everything they did for us!
