We wanted to list our house but were debating between ComFree and a Realtor. We didn’t want to sell ourselves, but our experiences with Realtors in the past made us feel like we had overpaid for lackluster services. Some would just put the house on the MLS and wait for it to sell – disappointing to say the least. We had noticed some of Jen’s signs up in the area, and noticed how much effort she put into her open houses. We also noticed the videos she did on Facebook, so we figured we would at least talk to her. Immediately upon entering our house, she gave us tips on staging, pricing strategies, etc. We were impressed and listed with her. Jennifer kept in constant contact with us, sent us regular feedback, hosted a large open house, and sold the place pretty quickly.
