This individual owns property in which she allows her tenants, whom I believe are immediate family members, to harass neighbors and make living in nearby apartments a nightmare. Not only that, when she is informed of their activity she actually encourages them to make even more noise. Does this sound like a professional who cares about people? Me neither.
