Alysia was fine prior to making an offer. I did my own research into what properties I wanted to go see - she showed them to me (well, at least the vacant ones). Then I made an offer on one and things went downhill. On several occasions there were mistakes on the paperwork and I was told to simply "sign here". I refuse to sign paperwork with obvious errors. There were also times where I'd send signed papers to her and get no response - for several days. Upon asking how things were progressing, she sounded offended as if I was accusing her of not knowing how to do her job. (Which she apparently doesn't). An acknowledgment that she received it would be nice! I don't think she cared much about me because my budget (therefore her commission) wasn't that much.
