Investors beware. He hung up on me because he only likes conventional deals where he makes a good commission. I was not rude, I was just asking question and he said he did not have time for me and hung up. It was 8min into the call. Very rude man and not willing to work with you. If you are selling, he would probably still work, but he will turn off some prospects by his rudeness filter.
