Bill was a God sent from beginning to end. I was stuck with no realtor with a fast approaching closing date on my new home and needed a quick sell on my existing property. A friend of mine highly recommended I call Bill. He was so pleasant and helpful on our first call. He agreed to meet the next day and took all my stress away! He met with me at my condo on a Sunday, gave me an appraisal and had his photographer in 2 hours later to take amazing pictures! I was worried about the deep cleaning I needed to do as I had no time before it listed the next day. He made a call right then and there to a cleaning couple that came in the next day to do a full clean and some minor repairs. My property was listed as promised Monday afternoon. We had viewings that same night as well as many the next day. Tuesday night there were multiple offers and I was blown away! My condo sold in 24 hours of listing over the asking price setting a new record price in my building for a one bedroom unit!! Wow did he ever deliver!!!
