When I think of a realtor, I think of a condescending guy in a suit that will do what they think is best regardless of the client's wishes. Thankfully, Dimitra is the exact opposite. From the first meeting, she was warm, friendly, and realistic - advising on various courses of action for selling my property. Even though my condo was renovated within the last 2 years, she took the time out of her busy schedule to come help me get it prepped and ready for sale, spending at least 24 hours painting, caulking, cleaning, and fixing things with me.
