We have used Yury and his team's services on numerous occasions (2 rentals and our first home purchase). What I like about Yury is he KNOWS the Sud-Ouest. Not only does he know his properties but all the restaurants, trendy stores and neighbourhood attractions. Yury is not afraid to tell you if a place is not suitable for you. He will take the time to make sure you have the house that suits your needs and wants. He always makes himself available and is reassuring. Yury worked his magic for us to get our current house and if it wasn't for him we would have probably have never gotten the chance to even place an offer (desired house, many potential buyers, etc., difficult/ unreachable seller's real estate agent, etc.). He was there from the first visit to when we received our keys. At the end he was even taking/ helping our seller! We have recommended Yury to several of our friends who have had an excellent experience and we will definitely continue to recommend Yury and his team!
