In today's ever changing and growing world, we have so many options for everything. It is no different when it comes to Real Estate. What company do I consider? How do I pick the right agent to assist me? Should I sell and buy properties without any professional guidance? For 90% of people, acquiring a property will be the single largest purchase they will make in their lifetime. A pretty big deal, I would say! So how do you decide who is going to partner up with you through this exciting real estate adventure? It's completely your decision, but on that note let me briefly introduce myself. Saskatoon has been my home for over 20 years. I have seen this beautiful city grow and adapt quickly to many changes. I will be honest -- I love the Saskatchewan summers and fall but could do without our record setting winters :)!!! I have a blended family of 5 kids, a huge Bernadoodle, an adopted Woodle(Wheaton Terrier/Poodle) & a very supportive husband. We love to travel, watch our kids play sports & hang out at our lake cottage. I started my real estate career in the custom home building business. It was amazing to assist clients with their custom home, literally from the ground up. Everything from lot selection and blue print design to interior design and finally inspection on the completed home. Such an amazing experience and what an advantage I had when I became a licensed REALTOR®. I am licensed in Residential, Commercial and Farm Real Estate. LIving my purpose is extremely important to me and this lead me down the path of Personal Growth & Real Estate Coaching. I work with female agents from all over the world, mentoring and supporting them in business & their personal life.I have built a very successful and sustainable business focused around work/life harmony. My mission is to help these women escape the hamster wheel of hustle culture and to get realigned with their Real Estate business. Real Estate by Relationship!! Everyday is a new adventure, and I could not imagine doing anything else. My business is 80% referrals from past clients and associates. My goal is to educate, guide and protect each and every client but to also make this the most stress free and fun real estate experience they will ever have. Yes, I did say fun!

It was a pleasure having her as my realtor, especially since I was not yet in the city when I started looking. But she took the time to go check out any listings that came up and send me videos of the house tour. She was very knowledgeable about homes and was able to point highlights of the home as well as any items that may need addressing, including providing recommendations about how to address it. Overall, I appreciated her approach that buying a home is a huge step and you want to be happy with your purchase, so there was never any pressure to pursue homes that I may have been hesitant about. As a result, it was easy to trust her judgement and recommendations, including when I placed an offer on the home I purchased without having had a chance to view it in person. Heather helped us relist our mother’s house after a previous REALTOR had advised we do nothing to improve the overall appearance after a few years of renting and to accept the resulting lowball offers this strategy generated.
