Hi I am Sylvia Eckert and I hope this is the beginning of us working together on a professional level to achieve your real estate dreams. I started in Real Estate 10 years ago because I am passionate about helping people. .

I have owned several of my own properties,( family homes, flips, rentals) and I’ve dealt with every type of transaction from first-time home buyers to luxury homes, rural, century homes, land, new builds, condos, commercial and more. No sale is ever the same and I love that part of the job because it is always interesting.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and worked as a social worker for many years and then moved into a career in real estate because I truly love it. I uphold very strong work ethic and some of the skills I bring are: educating, how to listen, how to interpret, how to advocate and negotiate. These are essential skills needed for guiding and helping you through the home-buying and selling. I put myself in your shoes. Sylvia was wonderful! I have never worked with such a committed and dedicated Realtor. She began working with me, helping me find a house while I was still up in Northern Ontario. Much of our communication was by phone and Face Time and during Face Time Tours she took me on until I could get down to Paris. Even before I got there I felt I had known her for years and we were old friends. I knew she had my best interests at heart and would not let me down. She worked tirelessly for me when I finally did get down to Southern Ontario and we did find a house after viewing house after house for 6 days, some more than once, and more than twice. Nothing short than Awesome. The entire experience was worth the time invested into it. I met Sylvia online a month ago and right from the beginning, she showed great respect & professionalism towards her clients. I moved to Canada from the United States in June of 2020. My Canadian husband and I were looking to buy a home in Canada. I listed my house in the United States and the pandemic happened right after.
