Carrie and Vannie have assisted me with buying 3 properties over the last 2 years. In 2021 my youngest daughter bought her first home, sight unseen other than photos and real time video with Carrie and Vanny to “look” at the house. In 2022, when my husband and my work moved us to Thunder Bay, Carrie and Vannie again assisted in finding the best place, this time , some property out in Pass Lake which we built our home. We contacted Vanny and Carrie when we first decided to consider a move to downsize. They guided us through the entire process, giving tips every step of the way. Once we were ready to go - they listed the house and it was sold within a week! We found a beautiful home to buy and the they ensured everything was done correctly and on time. From submitting the offer to dealing with conditions, we were updated every step of the way and advised what the next step would be. We had a million questions and would send a text and within minutes would have our reply. We found Vanny and Carrie to be honest when we asked for opinions, knowledgeable with what the market was doing and what a fair selling price would be, prompt and efficient when the something needed to be done, and very personable. These ladies are amazing! We were first time home buyers that were moving up to Thunder Bay from the GTA and were not able to physically be in Thunder Bay to house hunt. Vanny & Carrie were our eyes and ears throughout the whole process. We didn't really know what we were doing at all but they were so patient with us, answering any questions we had, were extremely responsive no matter the time of day and guided us through everything (even setting us up with a lawyer!). Both Carrie & Vanny were present, responsive & attentive. I had a previous experience with selling & buying that was horrible - so much so, I was considering selling privately by myself. I looked up agent reviews and saw what people had to say about the Co-Stars and I thought: I am going to talk with them. I also intended to speak with one other agent, however, after my initial meeting with Carrie I knew I would work with them. They are both professionals first & foremost. They are both capable and interested in real-talk conversations. They are both hilarious as well as understanding. They do what they say & say what they do - every step of the way. They stayed totally open & communicative with me and not once did I feel like a bother.
