We settled on our preferred realtor after meeting with Breanna, to discuss how we wanted to present, market and ultimately achieve our goal. Having known the A-Team for almost a decade, and having heard so many tremendous stories from their clients, it was an easy choice for us to work with Breanna when we decided to sell our Fort McMurray Condo, in support of our move to Calgary. The A-Team was an excellent choice for selling our home in Calgary. Tom gave some great suggestions for preparing the home for sale knowing what buyers are looking for or what might turn a buyer off. Tom and Breanna evaluated the house and honestly compared it to similar homes and gave us a recommended price to list it at. They are extremely knowledgeable and very detail-oriented. They provided us with checklists and tons of help along the way. They have a great understanding of how to effectively market homes. But they are also not pushy and always let us proceed with what felt like the right choice for us. We listed at a price we were pleased with, had a ton of showings within the first 48 hours, multiple offers and a firm deal within a week.
