We can't thank Colton enough for finding us our forever home! We had worked with him in the past to find a rental, so it was a no brainer that we would be buying with him when the time came. We shifted our timeline a few times, but he always kept us up to date on listings and market news even when he knew we wouldn't be buying right away. Colton is very knowledgeable, and that was clear through communications from start to finish throughout this transaction. We were also making a move from Kitchener-Waterloo out to Stoney Creek and he was still able to share insights even though the area we were looking to purchase in is outside of his normal area. After a bit of back and fourth - we ended up getting our home under our budget and under asking price - so we felt very confident that Colton got us a great deal! Even after the transaction was finalized Colton still kept in touch to ensure everything else went smoothly with the move in and getting set up in the new place!
