We had a great experience with Richard. We are not the easiest people to deal with and Richard was very patient, diligent and knowledgeable. His thoroughness, attention to deatil (no matter how small) and his helpfulness was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed our daily chats over our concerns and questions and Richard always had time for us.
