Yvette was fantastic for us as out of town buyers. She knew we had limited time in the area to look at houses and planned out the first 2 days with many houses in areas that we were interested in and then for the 3rd day we could look at some other houses after we had more of an idea on what area we liked most. She was also very understanding when we needed to take a break to calm down a 1 year old. Once we had found a house that we liked and wanted to put an offer in, she was very helpful in suggesting to add conditions that we didn't think to ask for. She also was able to get us in contact with a local painter to have painting started on our new home before we arrived. I can't say enough about the skill, experience, and knowledge Yvette brought when selling our house. We had a disappointing experience with the previous agent, who in 1 year didn't bring one client through and had 2 open houses that he sent other agents to do.
