In November 2022, we found ourselves in a situation of needing an agent to sell our property. The first name that came to mind was Kate Broddick of Revel Realty Inc. Brokerage. Kate has sold numerous homes in our area and her professionalism shows when you view one of her properties that are up for sale. Kate immediately advised of us the present market (not the best in the fall of 2022) and what the house should be put on the market for. She also advised that no staging, painting, etc was needed. Kate has a high level of knowledge when analyzing your house on so many levels. She knows all the upgrades, all the extras, even the finest small points on the construction of the house. Kate has a very large team working with her and this showed throughout the process. Over the years we have purchased and sold homes, however we have never experienced a team like Kate has. The service was immediate and professional at all times. Communication with Kate and her team is at a very high level. She has the knowledge, resources and media presence so your property can be seen by a large population in a greater area. Kate also has a vast amount of knowledge in the Real Estate field and this was reflected on a daily basis.
