This is a crook! He has lied to us and took a $1000 retainer from us to make an offer on a house but never refunded it to us saying that we signed papers which said that it was not refundable. He takes advantage of people that do not speak English and/or are not familiar with the property purchasing process in USA - He makes you believe that he's an expert in foreclosure and you are practicaly garanteed that your offer will be accepted since the banks are in a rush to get rid of all the houses that they have on their hands...Stay away from this crook!!!
