Very friendly hard working. Tried to assign my case to a co-worker so I'd have to pay double commissions. My lawyer caught it though.

Reply: This would be highly unlikely as the commission charged is clearly stated in the listing contract. A commission is against the Real Estate Act and if indeed happened should be reported to the Real Estate Commission the governing agency for Realtors for disciplinary action. All transactions are approved by Marcella, Derricks office manager, then again by Realty Exec's conveyancing and finally the lawyers office. there may have been a misunderstanding on how the commission was to be paid but not the amount.
