I had the unfortunate experience of working with Sterling Wong on a transaction in early 2011. Of all the Realtors I have worked with (and there have been MANY), Sterling Wong is by far the most unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful Realtor I have ever met. He is not only slow to respond to emails, but when he finally does, he is rude and down right insulting. I don't even speak to people I don't like, the way that Sterling Wong spoke to me during our transaction. He does not want to make time for his clients as his weekends are more important to him than providing service. Further, he is not personable and his attitude leaves much to be desired. I would strongly advise anyone who is considering working with Sterling Wong to reconsider. You will be sorry if you work with this agent.
