While I thought AJ was great at first, I quickly learned he did not know anything about commercial real estate law, did not know how to negotiate terms (said I should do it because I am better at it), did not do his due dilligence with some serious issues that were brought up immediately, and then blocked me when I tried to bring an urgent matter to his attention. Do NOT trust this man. He comes off as super nice and caring, but does not know enough, in my opinion and experience with him, in at least commercial real estate law. Working with a lawyer now to sue both him and the landlord I had to deal with. These people DESTROYED my business and my life (not exaggerating) with their lack of care, attention, and refusal to fix serious issues including a major health hazzard.
