Aaron has been a huge blessing to my wife and I in buying our first home. He is incredibly knowledgeable not only regarding the housing market, but also in recognizing good build quality, favorable property structure/design, and in helping us plan a future for our home. We couldn't ask a question that he could not answer. Throughout this process Aaron was a great advocate for us with our builder and all of the professionals working on purchasing our home. We feel he went above and beyond in making sure we understood as much as possible about the entire process. He explained things thoroughly and in a manner we could easily understand as new home buyers. He was also very transparent about the bonuses builders offers as incentives to realtors and was very intentional in prioritizing our interests over and above these bonuses. There were properties done by lower quality builders with significant bonuses that we never stepped foot in because our investment was of far more importance to him.
