Aaron was exceptional in his ability to negotiate and work around unpredictable events that happened during our process of searching for a house. He was very understanding of family circumstances when a little one had to be towed along to showings and chats. I very much appreciated his willingness to talk through (multiple times) the processes when this was all unfamiliar and out of my comfort zone.
