We were listed with another agent (property hunters) they took 2 months ans still werent able to find a tenant for us, we decided not to renew our agreement with them and go with Abe, He found a perfect tenant for us in 10 days, tenant pays rent on time. He checks in every few months to see how the tenant is doing. Extremely professional and nice. Would highly recommend him.
