Adam was an exemplary agent and worked brilliantly with myself (an immigrant) and my roommate (a student) to find a place that not only fit all our needs, but worked within our budget as well. He worked hard and gave us ample opportunities to change our minds and fine-tune the space that we needed. Adams work ethic and perseverance can not be overstated, he went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our choice, and always had a quick and easy flow of communication with us. I would recommend Adam to anyone looking to rent around the greater Toronto area! 5/5 stars
