Sent aggressive agent who immediately yelled at me for being at my own apartment when he was late to take pictures. Due to his tardiness and attitude I chose not to allow this aggressive person inside with my nervous cat who is suffering from cancer as she does not need added stress. He then yelled that I am an idiot.
