He knows the market up to the minute.   I quickly became comfortable knowing that I had found an agent who really did have my best interests, the profitable sale of my home and a stress free process, as his only goals…and there are many examples of this: Adam always worked around our complicated family/childcare situation, making himself available at the best times for us. He provided recommendations/connections to great tradespeople, services and staging while we prepared our home for sale. His excellent aesthetic taste and eye for detail, was truly an unexpected bonus, very much complementing our own, and the age and character of our century home. Adam clearly knows about the construction and renovation of older homes, so he proved to be a wealth of knowledge, and he took the time to get to know our home well, from top to bottom, making sensible recommendations for repairs or upgrades. Finally, I expressed to Adam that I had concerns about how the listing would be written to best represent the house, its character, and the neighborhood. The listing was very well written, classy and exciting, and the photographs and video showed the house for its true beauty. Adam Stewart defines the term “full service realtor”. He is pleasure to work with. He’s a modern guy with old fashioned values-honesty, integrity and hard work.
