I've known Aditya for a few years and this was the second time I've used his company. This time was a total flop trying to sell last spring when the market was just starting to cool. He and his assistant made so many mistakes and it was just pointed out to me that he even had the listing in the wrong area. We had people showing up without realtors, people and their realtors showing up but we were not notified, many people just not showing up. There were so many mistakes and in the end, we told him to pull it off the market. It was frustrating to say the least. The first time we hired him in 2020, he handed us off to another agent in his company which got the job done but there was definitely a lack of communication and availability. The realtor he set us up with was spread way too thin but he still got the home sold. I will not hire Aditya again.
