Adrian is very professional and at the same time friendly and relatable. From the first day we met him he made us feel comfortable and took the time to understand what we were looking for. We had tried a couple of agents before but Adrian was the best by far as he was the only one to make us feel that he would try everything to meet our criterias. With each visit he understood more and more what we were looking for and when he saw a great opportunity he directed us so that we could act and close quickly. He is very comfortable negotiating the prices when most agents we had tried seemed scared or very reluctant which to us was the cherry on top of the cake. Adrian is definitely a 5 stars agent and the only agent we would consider for any future purchases.
