Be very careful when dealing with AFSHIN AMIRPOOR DAYLAMI. Unfortunately, I chose him as my agent and experienced highly unethical and unprofessional conduct, which left me no choice but to file a complaint with Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). RECO recently issued its decision (which Century 21 should also have received), finding that he failed to meet professional standards. AFSHIN AMIRPOOR DAYLAMI was issued a formal warning by RECO, required to complete an ethics course, and advised that future complaints could result in stronger disciplinary action. Trust is critical in real estate. Based on my experience, he is highly unknowledgeable, unethical, and unreliable. I do not recommend him.
