I cannot say enough in praise of Ahmad Moharam. He has just sold my house while I live at a great distance, in Spain, and he has been excellent in keeping in touch and always being clear and informative. First he had to navigate a very difficult situation with tenants, which he did successfully. Then he had to make sure the house was presentable, getting cleaners and lawn care, and finally he connected me with a very good, also very responsive and clear, lawyer to do the closing. There were some very stressful moments for me, being so far away, but Ahmad was always quick to answer messages, or even call and sometimes show me video of how the house was looking, and he was always reassuring and supportive. He really knows his business- he sold my house quickly for a very good price in a not so hot market, and held onto the price he had set and got what we wanted in the end. I feel lucky to have found him - first of all, as a rental agent so I met him in person and was quickly convinced that I liked and trusted him. My initial response was always more than reinforced in our later communications from Spain to Canada. Ahmad is verysmart, tough but charming, open and friendly, very observant and a very attentive worker and person. I re-re-re- recommend him!
