Ahmad has just sold our house. i'm so happy and grateful that Ahmad was our choice. His professionalism and expertise have exceeded our expectations. He managed to point out the unique features and differentiating aspects of our home, and shined it. he used very sophisticated techniques to market the house. On the other hand, his negotiation skills were beyond the average or even high level, bottom line, he got us more than we expected to get in terms of a price for our home. Also, dealing with other realtors, i could tell that he is at much higher level of sophistication, i had four agents coming home to promote their service, he was the most ready, with his unique power point presentation and material, and a strong Agent record on websites, truly stands out with his expertise. I could tell that my money was going to promote my house rather than promoting his name or business, a mater that was clear with others. When i saw the promotional video of my house, i could not believe i was looking at my own. The house was listed for only one day, we got several showings and offers right away. Sold off from day one. although a reasonably priced neighbouring house was stuck in the market for almost a month now. After selling our house, we bought another one, we realized that there is a period of overlap between the two houses, so needed additional financing, Ahmad went again and renegotiated the closing date on our sold house and managed to bring it exactly to what we had in mind saving us thousands of dollars on bridge financing. Bottom line. you are in safe hands if it is with Ahmad. First time for me to sleep well while going through the most important transaction in my life. Ahmad made selling my house experience much smoother than me selling my own car.
