From my very first meeting with Aideen when we went to look at houses, he was able to gain a very good understanding of who I am and of what my husband and I were looking for in a home. This is our first time buying a home and Aideen has been there with us all along the way to explain each next step and to patiently answer all of our questions. He keeps things moving along with extremely helpful recommendations for other professionals to contact during the process as needed (for inspections, mortgages, closing…). We moved to Canada from halfway around the world and he was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for within the necessary timeframe for us to settle into our new lives. He is extremely knowledgeable, upbeat, personable, and very pleasant to be around and makes a potentially (at times) stressful process not only manageable but exciting and rewarding.
