Like most buyers in the 2021/2022 market looking for a home, my wife and I struggled to find something viable for our first one. It is not easy when you and 20 others are fighting over whatever trickles out onto MLS once every 1 or 2 weeks and having to hope that not only something does in fact come up but that you won't end up in a bidding war for 30 - 50k over asking (to those sellers, I congratulate you) . Aideen not only managed to find a home that he pegged as "the one" (and he was right) he also found a home with sellers that had specific challenges that we were able to help with given our unique situation (win-win is a cliché for a reason, it's legit).
