Received Aideen’s name through a reference from my mortgage broker. We had our rental and primary house to sell in order for us to move to our new home. The primary house had many hiccups when trying to sell it but Aideen gave us constant updates and advised us when to drop the price (in order to stay in line with comparables). The rental property was listed and sold quickly. Our primary house took longer to sell but we were able to work with a potential buyer. Aideen facilitated discussions between the other realtor so we found some common ground and was able to sell the house to that buyer.
