Our family is so grateful to Ainsley! We were out of town buyers, with very little knowledge of the Victoria market. Once we scheduled time for a visit, Ainsley and Jessica coordinated what seemed like a hundred details to get us into as many homes as possible. The price point we were trying to stick to meant we were in a relatively competitive market and we wanted to entertain a house with suite/income potential. (The schedule changed probably 5 times since houses we wanted to see were snatch up so quickly!) Ainsley knew enough to give her opinion on what could potential work and what definitely could not work. Through the process she kept our wants in mind - things like we want to be close to school(s) so we could be a 1 care household etc! In such a competitive market, once we found the house we wanted to put an offer in on, Ainsley truly shined - she negotiated on our behalf and secured the deal (I think) the same day. I do not think we could have gotten a "better deal" or found a better house with anyone else, Ainsley absolutely was the right choice for us. On an even more personal note, Ainsley got to know our kids over those few days and our oldest(18 months) started to really care for Ainsley! Ainsley would help her get her little shoes on and off for each appointment. We talked about daycares and she was even gracious enough to suggest the same daycare her son attends and use her as a reference. We have been in our home almost a month and I'm still texting Ainsley for suggestions - most recently asked for a Sourdough rec. And of course, she delivered. Thank you!
