We can't recommend Ainsley enough! The idea of moving from the mainland to the island was unnerving and stressful but Ainsley made the process seamless! She picked us up and dropped us off from the ferry, aligned as many viewings as possible for the dates we were available - she even attended viewings and zoomed us in so we could see houses we couldn't see in person. Her expert knowledge of the area and neighborhoods was invaluable to us—she provided guidance on traffic, weather, noise, and neighborhood hangouts! It was and is a competitive market, and I felt like we were a team, working together to meet our goal of finding a place to call home. After successfully finding us a place, Ainsley was so lovely that she gifted us a welcome basket with local tasty treats. On the anniversary of our move-in date, she remembered and gifted us a celebration bottle of champagne! One of the nice things about Victoria is its size - you run into friends everywhere and I truly feel like Ainsley is now part of our social circle! We don't have any plans to move anytime soon but when we do, we will be chatting with Ainsley first!
