I was referred too Al Leggieri approximately 2 years prior to the actual sale of my house. I had spoken too a couple of different realtors but once I spoke to Al Leggieri right away I knew he was the person for me not only for all his knowledge but his insight especially as he had the sense I wasn't quite ready to sell at that point. We would speak every 4 to 6 months over the next 2 years which always left me with insight but feeling no pressure. When I was finally ready to sell Oct. 2022 I phoned Al Leggieri and he took it from there and walked me thru everything step by step at my pace and am happily to say my house sold in the November 2022 with closing January 2023. Honestly I could not have done this without him he was my rock selling my first and only family home of over 28 years was an extremely stressful thing for me too do on my own but Al was with me every step of the way and helped me transition thru this trying process all I can say is he's wonderful and had the patience of a saint. His phone was on 24/7 I never had a problem getting in touch with no matter the time of day or night. I truly believe we'll be friends for life even though I'm almost 40 years his senior he has definitely made my Christmas Card list.
